Swedish massage uses five movements to increase blood circulation and eliminate toxins from the body.

- Tapotemen
- Friction

Effleurage is lengthy gliding strokes that may be soft or a bit hard, depending upon the purpose and the client. The therapy starts with effleurage and continues with other movements.
Petrissage is kneading or rubbing, designed to release toxins from the muscles.
Tapotement is tapping the muscles helps to release tension and cramping.
Frictionis deep circular stokes that are performed at joints which releases knots from muscle to become more flexible.
Vibrationis shaking of limbs and hands for few seconds, which is usually done at the end of the massage and this helps to reduce the back pain.
Swedish massage is beneficial when it is undertaken at least once in a month. Remember to communicate clearly with your therapist before you start the treatment.

Thai Massage
Thai massage is an ancient healing technique that combines ayurveda and yoga. This massage uses main beliefs of yoga and therapeutic properties of ayurveda. Pressure is applied on specific (energy lines) parts of a body and stretching movements performed by the therapist with his/her hands, feet, knees and elbows. It is performed on the floor on the mat with the client comfortably dressed.
